The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Customer Success Support to join our London team. This is an entry-level role perfect for someone who is detail‑oriented, customer-focused, and eager to build a career in customer success.

You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service across our customer ecosystem, supporting clubs, instructors, and equipment partners, while working closely with teams across the business.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be at the heart of our customer operations, ensuring every interaction is seamless and high-quality:

  • Provide excellent customer service to internal teams and external customers
  • Manage customer administration across clubs, instructors, and equipment
  • Maintain and update accurate data in Salesforce and other systems
  • Handle customer queries, cases, agreements, and quotations
  • Support reporting and customer insights for the wider team
  • Assist with event administration and onboarding activities
  • Contribute to customer retention and experience initiatives
  • Support new business administration and discovery
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems and improve processes
  • Build strong product knowledge to deliver an exceptional customer experience

  • Accurate, up-to-date CRM data and reporting
  • Customer queries resolved quickly and effectively
  • Strong relationships across Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and global teams
  • Clear, proactive communication with all stakeholders
  • A consistent focus on service excellence and continuous improvement
  • Being a strong voice of the customer, helping shape better decisions
What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who is motivated, curious, and ready to learn:

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Experience using Excel and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence working across teams and engaging with customers
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Energy, resilience, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Salesforce or Adobe Commerce (Magento)
  • Exposure to customer-facing or administrative roles
  • Interest in or knowledge of the fitness industry
