Anabas Welcome is specialised in high-end reception and concierge services, the premium front of house division of Anabas. Our focus lies in supporting corporate office occupiers looking for a great workplace experience for their staff and customers.
We are currently seeking a Front of House Receptionist to deliver an exceptional client experience through the highest standards of service. This is a client-facing role where you will be responsible for creating a professional, welcoming environment and consistently delivering a 5-star customer experience.
Based within a multi-tenanted building in Marylebone, you will support a range of tenants, including the Anabas Welcome London Support Centre, ensuring all visitors, clients and occupiers receive a seamless and positive experience.
This is a full time, permanent position. (Monday to Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm, 45 hrs per week)
- Salary -£35,535
The successful candidate is someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys working in a front of house role,including meet & greet, administration tasks, meeting room bookings and liaising with tenants and contractors.
You will have excellent customer service skills, ideally with previous experience incorporate reception environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors and occupiers
- Deliver a 5-star front-of-house experience at all times
- Manage the visitor sign-in process and maintain security procedures
- Handle tenant enquiries efficiently and professionally
- Carry out daily building walks, report and follow up on maintenance issues
- Provide additional support duties to the Anabas Welcome London Support Centre office as required
- Previous front-of-house experience
- A confident and professional communicator
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Well-presented, proactive, and highly organised
- Able to remain calm and professional in a busy environment
