HSBC Group is looking for a Customer Service Consultant to join our Branch Customer Service Team in Greater London. You will be a key point of contact for customers, providing an exceptional service and assisting them with their banking needs.

The successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding communication skills and take ownership of enquiries, ensuring all customers receive personalized support.
