Position: UK SAAS Support & Customer Success – Sports & Events
Location: Greater London

Ticket Co is looking for a Support Specialist to join their team in the UK. In this role, you will provide excellent support to customers, troubleshoot technical issues, and manage equipment during events. You will work closely with clients and the Product Team to ensure everything runs smoothly and provide valuable insights for improvements.
