Monex Europe in London is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to ensure a seamless client journey from onboarding through to long-term relationship management. This role serves as the primary point of contact for new clients, providing structured phone-based guidance and maintaining compliance while fostering strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have experience in client onboarding and customer engagement within a regulated industry. The position offers an opportunity to work closely with various internal teams to identify trends and suggest improvements.
