Platinum Travel Recruitment are collaborating exclusively with a fabulous forward thinking DMC based in London now seeking an experienced Multi-Lingual Inbound Operations Executive to join their vibrant & supportive team. French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese or German language skills are essential.

Multi-Lingual Inbound Operations Executive Duties:
 
* Develop tailor-made package and itineraries and managing of group travel requests.
 
* Efficiently handle and respond to email requests.
 
* Negotiating rates with suppliers and checking availability
 
* Creation of client proposals and following up in native languages either French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese or German.
 
* Booking all necessary travel components and services.
 
* Apply profit mark-ups and provide transparent quotations to customers.
 
* Preparing and issue invoices, through Tour Plan booking software maintaining accurate financial records.
 
* Handle rooming lists and prepare client vouchers for all travel services.
 
* Maintain regular contact with suppliers to ensure smooth coordination
 
* Working as a team, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.
Multi-Lingual Speaking Inbound Operations Executive – Essential Requirements:
 
* Groups experience within the inbound travel industry is essential
 
* Happy to work in the office full time – hybrid after probation.
 
* Research and learn about the UK inbound travel industry as well as the overall tourism market and the B2B travel agency and tour operator concepts.
 
* Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
 
* Ability to quickly learn new software and stay current with new updates.
 
* Understanding of Profit Margins and Markup Percentages.
 
* Highly accurate data entry abilities, especially when entering prices and margins.
 
* Excellent written and verbal English and one European language (required) Must be fluent in either French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese or German.
 
* Strong negotiation skills to satisfy customer needs.
