NORNORM, a fast-growing circular scale-up based in Greater London, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to enhance customer relations and drive commercial growth. You will monitor customer health, onboard clients, and maintain high standards in service delivery to ensure satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has a BSc or MSc, experience in customer-facing roles, and a strong commercial mindset. This role requires on-site work at least four days a week with opportunities for real responsibility and influence in a unique hybrid environment.
