Role Overview

Our Service and Parts Co-Ordinator is a pivotal role in the growth of the business. As a rapidly growing business in both size and turnover, we are looking for a customer focused individual to join our team and be a part of our on-going success. Customer satisfaction is a key driver to what we are looking to achieve, and this role is instrumental in ensuring all customers, past, present and future are given exemplary customer service with an emphasis on sales.

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and desire to deliver a great customer experience is essential.

Key tasks Receiving and processing inbound job requests, orders and enquiries Logging and allocating jobs Updating relevant online customer portals Producing and submitting repair estimates Despatching of spare parts Liaising with internal and external colleagues Achieving customer and business KPIs Providing support to the sales team Assisting with invoice processing Pro-actively contacting existing customers Keeping customer database and other records regularly updated

Knowledge and Skills

Essential Confident and effective communicator Good organisational skills Good level of computer literacy including Microsoft Office Self-starter who thrives on success

Experience

Essential Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service

Experience of outbound and inbound B2B call handling

Experience of working in a busy team; driven to achieve personal, team, and business goals Demonstrated experience of taking ownership of customer queries Have worked in a commercially driven environment

Personal qualities

Essential Aptitude for quickly building rapport with colleagues, customers and suppliers Strong team player with a can do attitude Confidence and eagerness to own and resolve issues Able to demonstrate initiative and willingness to learn
