Position: 12-Hour Shift Service Desk Analyst – Customer Support
Location: Greater London

VIRTUS Data Centres is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their Service Management Centre. You will be the first point of contact for customer queries and service requests, maintaining high standards of customer service.

This shift role operates in 12-hour shifts either from 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am, including weekends and bank holidays. The ideal candidate will possess strong administration skills, experience in a customer service environment, and competent use of Microsoft Office applications.
