Duties expected of the Service Advisor:
Interpreting customer concerns and liaising with technicians to ensure smooth service delivery
Greeting customers and booking service appointments efficiently
Estimating repair times and costs
Handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally
Tracking vehicle progress through the workshop process
Providing excellent customer service to promote customer satisfaction
Communicating effectively with the workshop team and customers
Requirements:
Previous experience in a Service Advisor role within a main dealership
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledge of automotive systems and workshop procedures
Professional, customer-focused attitude
Flexibility to work on a rota, including some Saturday mornings
A proactive approach to contributing to team success and dealership growth
