Visitor Services Assistant; Casual

Overview

We are looking for casual Visitor Services Assistants to join our team. As the patrons’ first point of contact, Visitor Services Assistants deliver excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant and safe visitor experience. The role primarily involves ushering duties, preparing theatres and spaces for performances and events, checking audience tickets, and enabling smooth movement in and out of theatres.

• Ushering duties and assisting with preparation of theatres and spaces for performances and events
• Checking audience tickets and guiding crowd movement to ensure a smooth flow
• Providing excellent customer service and representing artsdepot to a wide range of customers

• Excellent communication skills and confident representation of artsdepot to diverse customers
• Strong customer service skills with empathy for all users
• Good time management

The role involves working on a 7-day rota including daytimes, evenings, weekends and some public holidays.
