Job Description & How to Apply Below
Location: Greater London

We are looking for a fluent Norwegian speaker to join the team as a Customer Service Account Manager. In this role, you won't just be answering tickets—you will be the main point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of customers, building real, long-term relationships. You will guide customers through their entire lifecycle, handle complex queries from start to finish, and balance great service with business goals.

If you love solving problems, analysing account trends, and helping people, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Be the friendly, expert face of the company for your accounts, keeping customer satisfaction and retention high.
  • Lifecycle Support: Manage orders, renewals, pricing, and system access to ensure zero service interruptions.
  • Problem Solving: Take total ownership of tricky customer queries, digging into root causes and teaming up with finance or sales to fix them.
  • Data & Strategy: Analyse account data and trends to spot opportunities, mitigate risks, and provide smart recommendations to customers.
  • Collaboration: Keep things running smoothly by hitting your response targets (SLAs) and sharing ideas to improve how we work.
What We Are Looking For
  • Languages: Fluent or native Norwegian and English (both written and spoken).
  • Experience: Background in customer service, customer success, or managing a portfolio of accounts.
  • Skills: Great organisation, solid problem‑solving skills, and a knack for working with Excel and data.
  • Mindset: A proactive, “customer‑first” attitude with a love for building lasting professional relationships.
Perks & Benefits
  • Flexibility: Work from the Barnet office 5 days a week during your probation period to get up to speed. Afterwards, enjoy a hybrid routine with 2 to 3 days from home.
  • Time Off: 22 days of annual leave plus bank holidays to start, which increases the longer you stay with us.
  • Extras: Company pension scheme (with a 5% employer contribution) after 3 months, plus a health cashback scheme and life insurance after passing probation.
