Role purposeThe primary purpose of this role is to provide energetic, helpful, proactive and knowledgeable Concierge service to residents so that they love where they live.
Key responsibilities- Give residents an exceptional standard of Concierge service in line with our Standard Operating Procedures and demonstrate our unique style of service in all interactions.
- Provide information to residents about living at Battersea Power Station, processes, the estate, amenities and what’s on.
- Receive and respond to inbound telephone calls, emails and systems notifications, always finding a solution and giving a great level of helpful service.
- Complete all reporting requirements with accuracy, including data input, fault reporting, and facility audits.
- Help to keep the site safe and secure by complying with access control processes, signing in guests, being vigilant to potential threats and working with the site security team.
- Complete all required learning/training and ensure you’re up to date with standard operating procedures, communications and tasks.
- Always wear the uniform to standard to provide a professional and consistent impression of the Concierge service.
Be punctual and work effectively as part of the team, sharing the workload and supporting colleagues.
Required knowledge, skills, experience, and behaviours- Ability to obtain a DBS Criminal Record Check.
- Confidence using IT equipment and systems, for example PC, tablet, phone, diary, email, access control and fault logging systems and capturing data and reporting.
- Excellent written and spoken English including spelling and grammar with the ability to reply to emails from residents, team members and the client.
- Flexibility and a can‑do attitude.
Confidence working alone and prioritising tasks, including during periods of intense workload.
