12.30pm – 3.30pm Salary: £13.50 per hour Overview Simon Lincoln Recruitment Solutions is recruiting for a Temporary Resident Services Advisor to join a busy Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) scheme in Cambridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment. The assignment is due to start next week and will run for approximately four weeks.

Key

Duties & Responsibilities Providing a professional and friendly front-of-house service to residents and visitors. Responding to resident enquiries in person, by telephone and by email. Assisting with resident arrivals, departures and general administration. Handling parcels and deliveries. Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems. Supporting the site team with day-to-day administrative tasks. Ensuring reception and communal areas remain welcoming and presentable.

Delivering outstanding customer service at all times. Skills & Experience Previous customer service or reception experience is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident using Microsoft Office and general computer systems. Well organised with strong attention to detail. Able to work independently and as part of a team. A positive, professional and proactive approach to work.
