Location: Greater London
LILT seeks an experienced Customer Success Manager for its London office, hybrid role. You will own the end‑to‑end customer experience for Enterprise accounts, serving as the primary contact, advocacy, and trusted advisor across internal teams.
Responsibilities include accelerating platform adoption, managing risk, driving renewals and expansion, and delivering measurable ROI while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. Willingness to travel up to 15% is expected.
