Location: Greater London
Kustomer is hiring a Strategic Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team in London. You will own post-sale relationships, drive renewals, expansions, and ensure customers realize value from our AI-enabled CRM platform.
You'll collaborate with Implementations and Sales, lead onboarding, foster product adoption, and travel roughly 25% to build deep relationships. The role requires a strong technical SaaS background and excellent communication.
