Key Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative :
Frontline Customer Interaction:
Answer inbound calls and respond to email enquiries, delivering excellent customer service Payment Processing & Customer Onboarding:
Guide customers through payments over the phone and set up new users on our client's online platform General Administration:
Perform data entry, maintain client records, and collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Skills Required for the Gas Engineer:
