Pyramid8 are recruiting for an enthusiastic and confident Customer Services Team Leader who enjoys motivating people, improving performance, and delivering outstanding service? We're looking for a Customer Services Team Leader to join a leading healthcare provider delivering NHS-funded services. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll support and develop a multi-skilled team responsible for reception, telephone enquiries and referral management.

You'll lead by example, helping to ensure every patient receives a professional, friendly and efficient experience. Covering 2 sites – Normanton and Pontefract Monday – Friday 37.5 Hours ( With some flexibility ) What You'll Do Lead, coach and support the Customer Services Team. Provide hands-on support with calls, reception and referrals when required. Monitor service performance and identify opportunities to improve patient access and customer experience.

Work closely with colleagues to ensure services run smoothly and efficiently. Train, Develop and Coach new and existing staff Help create a positive, supportive and high-performing team culture. Help design training manuals and look at improvements to process About You You'll be an organised, approachable and confident leader with:
Previous experience leading a customer service team. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ability to motivate others and manage competing priorities. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will need to be flexible and pro-active Healthcare experience is beneficial but not essential. You'll be joining a supportive organisation where your leadership will make a real difference to both patients and colleagues.
