Location:
Margate, Kent Salary: £29,000 - £31,000 per annum
Contract:
Full-Time, Permanent The Opportunity Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to act as the first point of contact for customers and residents. Responsibilities Respond to telephone, email and online enquiries. Resolve customer issues and complaints. Provide information regarding housing and support services. Maintain accurate customer records. Work to service level agreements and performance targets.
About You Strong customer service background. Excellent communication skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure. IT literate with experience using CRM systems
