Location: Greater London

Membershipbespoke is seeking a highly organised Membership Support Assistant on a six-month fixed-term contract. The role is hybrid, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office, with responsibilities across membership administration, payments and certificate processing.

You will be the first point of contact for members, delivering accurate, professional service while supporting the Membership Services team to maintain high standards and smooth operation.
