Key Responsibilities Acting as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email. Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently. Resolving customer queries and complaints in a professional manner. Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Maintaining accurate customer records and updating CRM systems. Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Ensuring compliance with company procedures and industry regulations.
