Join a Fast-Paced and Exciting Environment As a Guest Services Assistant, you'll be one of the first points of contact for attendees, playing a key role in ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and outstanding customer service throughout the event. Day-to-Day of the role:
Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival. Providing information and directions to attendees. Assisting with registration and check-in processes. Supporting guests with general enquiries. Managing queues and maintaining a positive visitor experience. Helping to resolve issues professionally and efficiently. Working closely with the event team to ensure smooth operations.

About You:

Friendly, approachable, and professional manner. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to remain calm and helpful in a busy environment. Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
