Guest Services Assistant (VIP Support) | 2-Day Event Love working with people and delivering exceptional customer experiences? Reed Business Support are looking for a confident and professional Guest Services Assistant to support an exciting event. As the face of the event, you'll be responsible for welcoming attendees, scanning tickets, assisting guests with queries, and providing a first-class experience for VIP guests.

You'll play a key role in creating a positive and memorable event from start to finish. Day-to-Day of the role:
Greeting guests and providing a warm, professional welcome Scanning tickets and managing entry points Assisting attendees with directions and event information Supporting VIP guests and ensuring a high standard of service Resolving basic queries and escalating issues where required Working closely with the event team to ensure smooth operations
