About Freddie’s Flowers

Freddie’s Flowers was founded by Freddie Garland in October 2014 with the aim to change people’s relationship with flowers. We believe flowers aren’t only for grand occasions, but they make every day special, inspiring creativity and sparking joy. We started with a direct-to-consumer subscription model, grew a loyal UK following, launched in Germany in 2020, and in 2021 secured backing from The Craftory to expand.

In 2023 we started our gifting service. We are a B Corp organisation committed to our founding mission: to change the world of flowers, and to change the world with flowers.

We are expanding our bike delivery fleet and are seeking reliable, upbeat Bike Couriers to deliver our fresh flowers to customers across London—outdoor, year-round, in all weather. This is a physical, customer-facing role where you’ll be the face of Freddie’s Flowers, bringing joy to doorsteps every day.

• Deliver fresh flowers by bike across London
• Provide brilliant customer service and represent the brand on the road
• Work as part of a supportive team that genuinely enjoys what they do
• Keep calm under pressure and solve problems as they arise
• Help ensure every delivery is smooth, on time, and a great experience

• You can confidently ride a bike (London experience is a bonus, but not essential)
• You work well under pressure and can think on your feet
• You’re friendly, approachable, and enjoy meeting customers
• You’re organised, flexible, and good at prioritising in a busy environment
• You’re quick to learn and proactive when things don’t go to plan
• You like being active and don’t mind a physical job
