This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping customers, resolving enquiries, and delivering a first-class service experience. The successful Customer Support Advisor will manage customer enquiries across multiple communication channels, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities Respond to customer enquiries through phone, email, text support, social media, and digital ticketing systems Deliver accurate and professional solutions to customer queries Process returns, exchanges, and customer requests in line with company procedures Update and maintain customer records accurately Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues quickly Support continuous improvements in customer satisfaction and service delivery Ensure all enquiries are managed within agreed service levels Skills & Knowledge Required Previous experience in a customer service or customer support role Strong communication skills across multiple channels Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to follow processes accurately and consistently Positive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated attitude Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused approach Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Confident using computer systems and digital platforms Additional Information 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm 1 in 4 weekends worked from home (with Monday and Tuesday off in lieu) You must be able to work one late (2-10) and one early (6-2) shift per month Office-based role in North Baddesley Free parking, refreshments, and casual dress environment
