Brandwatch is hiring Customer Success Managers across Enterprise, SMB, and MENA portfolios. You will own long‑term retention and growth, build trusted executive relationships, and drive product adoption to deliver measurable outcomes.
You’ll manage renewals, lead QBRs, and partner with onboarding to onboard customers and scale value. You’ll collaborate with Account Managers, Product Support, and Professional Services to ensure a seamless customer experience.
