Grosvenor's Eaton Square property is seeking a proactive Concierge to be the face of the team, delivering high-end customer service to residents and high-profile guests, and owning daily interactions across the square.
You will manage customer communications, coordinate with the Garden Landscape and maintenance teams, support sustainability goals, and work a 40‑hour rota (8am–6pm with breaks). A strong emphasis on safety, discretion and problem solving, plus Enhanced DBS check, are required.
