Core focus of the roleAs Concierge, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the front-of-house reception area, delivering outstanding customer service and supporting the effective management of the development.
What your day-to-day looks like- Providing a warm, professional and courteous welcome to residents, guests and visitors.
- Managing the reception desk and acting as the primary point of contact for all front-of-house enquiries.
- Monitoring access to the building and maintaining high standards of security.
- Receiving and managing parcels, deliveries and resident correspondence.
- Liaising with contractors, maintenance teams and property management to ensure issues are addressed promptly.
- Responding efficiently to resident requests and resolving queries in a professional manner.
- Conducting regular patrols of communal areas where required and reporting any maintenance or health and safety concerns.
- Maintaining accurate records, incident logs and handover reports.
- Supporting emergency procedures and responding calmly and effectively to incidents when required.
- Ensuring the reception and communal areas remain clean, presentable and welcoming at all times.

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering first-class customer service and be confident interacting with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
You Will Ideally Have- Previous experience as a Concierge, Front of House Receptionist or within luxury residential, hospitality or customer service environments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional, polished and approachable manner.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and property management or visitor management systems.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and deal with situations discreetly and professionally.
- A flexible approach to working shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays where required.
