French Speaking Customer Service

Location: South West London

Our client is seeking a bilingual (French & English speaking) customer service professional to join their team on a permanent basis.

You will be joining an established business and will help develop the connection between our brands and customers. This is a great position for someone wanting to develop their customer service and business building skills and deliver improvements in customer interaction.

Main Responsibilities & Duties:

• Answering the telephone – dealing with customer orders/queries and directing calls to the relevant person

• Responding and providing resolutions to customers via Whats App

• Inputting orders and sending invoices to customers for confirmation

• Using a variety of IT tools to deliver outstanding customer service

• Liaising with Accounts Team and Warehouse to ensure orders are processed as quickly as possible

• Consistently meet or exceed performance targets related to order loading accuracy and call handling volumes, ensuring efficiency and high service standards.

• Where specific lines are out of stock, have the product knowledge to recommend alternative lines that are available to maximise value of orders.

• Conduct outbound calls to promote sales activity, build strong customer relationships, maximise sales opportunities, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
