BMW Customer Service Advisor at Concentrix in Rotherham is a permanent, full-time role offering 40 hours weekly, 8am–10pm shift pattern. You will join a fast-growing UK customer experience team focused on delivering exceptional service to BMW customers.
You will handle inquiries, be the main contact for cases, assist with technical questions, follow processes, and maintain product knowledge while collaborating with internal teams.
