Client Care Advisor

Overview

This is a 1 in 4 Saturday role, working 9 hours.

At Blackheath Vets for Pets, you will be part of a team that provides great service and supports clients and their pets by connecting them with the clinical team. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients, their pets and the practice team is key to success.

• Greet each client and offer support, guidance and expertise while managing payments and future bookings confidently. Coordinate the day-to-day routines of the practice using our online booking system, so computer literacy is essential.
• Ensure client satisfaction during visits by delivering exceptional service and clear communication about next steps.
• Collaborate with the team to support smooth daily operations and a positive client experience.

You will be working within a great team including 3 CCAs, 1 Practice Manager, 2 RVNs, 1 SVN, 4 Vets and a Practice Owner.

• Friendly and welcoming face for clients and their pets when they arrive at the practice.
• Ability to stay up-to-date with practice services and additional services available, to provide informed guidance.
• Calm, attentive, and always focused on the clients’ needs.
• Enthusiastic with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for service and pets.
• Resilient and able to handle diverse situations, from comforting clients with bad news to sharing in the joy of a new puppy’s first visit.
• A positive, collaborative personality that contributes to a welcoming atmosphere in the practice.
