Service Advisor

£32,000 - £42,000 per annum (including bonus)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy and successful dealership in Alperton.

We are looking for a customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. If you have previous automotive Service Advisor experience and are looking to join a supportive team with excellent earning potential, we'd love to hear from you.

• Welcoming customers and managing their service and repair requirements.
• Booking vehicles in for servicing, maintenance and repairs.
• Liaising with the workshop to ensure work is completed efficiently.
• Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process.
• Preparing estimates, invoices and processing payments.
• Delivering outstanding customer service from start to finish.

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload.
• A positive, professional and team-focused attitude.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
