Reservations Agent

Hakkasan Group, home to the internationally acclaimed restaurants Hakkasan and Yauatcha, is seeking a professional, personable, and service-driven Reservations Agent to join our Head Office Guest Success team.

As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll manage reservations and enquiries across phone, email and digital channels, delivering exceptional service with warmth, efficiency and attention to detail.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing reservations and guest enquiries across multiple channels
• Assisting with special requests and memorable guest experiences
• Providing accurate information about our restaurants, menus and policies
• Liaising with restaurant teams to ensure seamless service
• Recording guest preferences to support personalised experiences
• Managing multiple enquiries while maintaining exceptional service standards
