Airgas is seeking a Customer Service Rep (Open) at Stoke Calgaz (I) – Industrial spec gas. The CSR (Order Entry) role inputs orders into our ERP (SAGE) with speed and accuracy, ensuring correct pricing and terms, and coordinating with customers across Europe, the Middle East & Africa.
The successful candidate will work in a busy team, adhere to lead times, manage stock information, and proactively inform customers of delays, while promoting a positive customer experience.
