The Museum of Illusions is the world’s largest and fastest-growing museum chain with over 70 locations and more than 20million visitors since 2015. It offers a visual, sensory, and educational experience that engages a sense of wonder.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Illusion Expert Guest Engagement Staff.

  Entry‑Level Illusion Expert
• Hours:
  
  Casual (limited part‑time; guaranteed hours available for highly qualified candidates)
• Salary: £14 per hour
• Availability:
  Weekend and evening availability is a strong plus
• Opening Times: 9a.m. –10p.m. daily, except Christmas Day

• Engage with guests by actively interacting with visitors and creating memorable experiences.
• Provide outstanding service – always approachable, friendly, and ready to help.
• Maintain a welcoming environment – keep exhibits clean, assist guests with inquiries and photography.
• Support the overall guest experience and uphold the museum’s mission to inspire wonder.

• Experience in hospitality, entertainment, performance, or interactive museums is highly desired.
• Customer‑facing experience is required.
• No prior illusion expertise needed – on‑the‑job training provided.

Qualified candidates will be invited to attend our in‑person hiring event on April
13.
