Hotel Indigo & K West Shepherd’s Bush is seeking a Membership Manager for our Spa & Wellbeing sanctuary, opening to guests who value luxury service and wellbeing. You’ll lead a team, nurture a thriving member community, and drive membership growth while delivering exceptional guest journeys.
As Spa Reception & Membership Manager, you’ll oversee reservations, memberships, and CRM, organise member events, and champion a culture of premium service. Pre-opening experience is a bonus.
