Customer Service & Showroom Manager

Following major expansion plans and the relocation of our Head Office and Distribution Centre, we are we are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service & Showroom Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience across all customer touchpoints while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the company's DC showroom. Principally working within Caesarstone’s fabricator customer channel, the role leads the customer service function, including UK based and offshore teams, manages fabricator customer enquiries and orders, oversees showroom presentation and supports sales growth through excellent service and relationship management.

Working closely with the sales, warehouse and operations teams, the successful candidate will ensure Caesarstone’s fabricator customers receive a professional, efficient and consistent service from enquiry through to delivery whilst maximising sales opportunities within the channel. Presenting our showroom to promote customer engagement and create an exceptional customer experience.

• Previous experience managing a customer service team.
• Experience working within distribution, wholesale, retail or a similar customer-focused environment.
• Experience handling customer complaints and service improvements.
• Experience managing customer orders and administration.
• Experience using CRM and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Experience managing a showroom or retail environment.
• Knowledge of ERP or order processing systems.
• Experience with in interiors, home improvement, building products or a distribution business.
