Are you an organised and people-focused coordinator with a passion for delivering excellent customer service?

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Fellowship Services Coordinator to provide high-quality administrative support as part of our Fellowship Services Team. As the first point of contact for both Fellows and non-Fellows, you will deliver exceptional customer service, respond to enquiries via email and telephone, maintain CRM records and support Fellowship renewals.

About You

We are seeking someone who is:

• Passionate about customer service and relationship building.

• Highly organised with strong time management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Calm under pressure and able to manage competing priorities.

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
