Santander UK is looking for a Customer Experience Advisor for the Canary Wharf Work Cafe Branch, delivering 35 hours weekly on a rota from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday. You will greet customers, handle transactions, assist with technology, and protect customers against fraud as part of a close-knit, multi-skilled team.
You will grow product knowledge, deliver excellent service, and adapt to changing priorities while contributing to a positive branch environment and customer experience.
