Customer Service Advisor Bury £25,350 - £26,500 Do you have previous contact experience, ideally working within Ecommerce? Have you worked with customers to process orders, handle queries and resolve complaints via phone, email and webchat? Do you enjoy working in a small busy team environment where customer service is a priority over KPIs? This is a great opportunity to work for a leading online retailer and provide friendly, informative first point of contact support to customers.

Previous experience in a customer service role is essential along with a confident phone manner, good technical knowledge as multiple systems are used, the ability to multitask and work under pressure whilst maintaining standards. Hours - 4 week days 9am - 5pm and Saturday 8am
