Our key client in Castleford is looking for a Temporary Customer Service Coordinator to join their busy and supportive customer operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and providing a first-class customer experience. A genuine interest in golf is essential, as you'll be supporting customers with product-related enquiries and will benefit from understanding golfing equipment and products.

The Role As a Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently. Working within a fast-paced environment, you'll support customers across multiple channels while liaising closely with internal departments to provide seamless service.

Key Responsibilities Handling customer enquiries via telephone, email and online channels Managing returns, refunds, orders and delivery enquiries Investigating and resolving complaints with empathy and professionalism Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate customer records Liaising with warehouse, logistics and operational teams Supporting promotional campaigns and peak trading periods Providing product-related guidance and support to customers Contributing to service improvements and overall team success What We're Looking For Previous customer service experience within a contact centre, retail, e-commerce or similar environment A genuine interest in golf and golfing products Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Strong IT skills and experience using CRM systems High attention to detail and organisational skills Positive, proactive and team-oriented approach Ability to start immediately What's in It for You?
