This is a telephone-based role where you will be supporting patients throughout their treatment journey, delivering excellent customer service while working as part of a busy and supportive team.
The Role As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for patients and prospective customers. You will provide exceptional service, answer enquiries, and ensure customers receive the support they need in a professional and empathetic manner.
Key Responsibilities Handling inbound and outbound customer calls. Providing information about our services, treatments, and patient journey. Assisting with appointment bookings, prescription enquiries, and order queries. Responding to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and other communication channels. Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation. Resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally. Liaising with clinical and operational teams to support patient needs. Ensuring compliance with company procedures and data protection requirements.
Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment. About You We're looking for someone who:
Has previous experience in a customer service, contact centre, or telephone-based support role. Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrates empathy, patience, and professionalism when dealing with customers. Is organised, reliable, and attentive to detail. Is confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. Enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Has a positive, can-do attitude and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Experience with in healthcare, pharmacy, or the wellness sector would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
What We Offer Full-time permanent role (42.5 hours per week). Working pattern of 5 days per week, including one weekend day from home. On weekdays you will be based at our Runcorn office. Comprehensive training and ongoing support. A friendly, supportive, and growing team environment.
