No experience is required full training is provided. You'll gain hands-on experience across Customer Success, Account Management, Product Demonstrations and Sales, with genuine opportunities to build your career.
The Role As a Customer Success Executive, you will:
Build and manage relationships with clients
Deliver outstanding customer support and solutions
Manage smaller client accounts
Run product demonstrations
Identify upsell and growth opportunities
Work closely with Sales and Marketing Attend client meetings, exhibitions and conferences
Record and manage client insights through Hub Spot CRMWhat We're Looking For Recent graduate, ideally with a Modern Languages degree
Fluent French or German is essential
Fluent English Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused and commercially minded
Proactive, adaptable and eager to learn
Interest in technology, SaaS or customer success
