Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor at the Canary Wharf Work Cafe Branch. You will welcome customers, handle transactions, assist with technology in the banking hall, and support via phone, helping protect customers against fraud.
The role is 35 hours per week on a rota from Monday to Saturday, 8am-6pm. You’ll join a close-knit branch team, delivering friendly, proactive service and solving a wide range of queries.
