Brenntag London Depot is seeking a positive Customer Service Advisor to join our team. In this fast-paced, customer-facing role you’ll be the first point of contact, delivering a smooth and friendly experience for customers from order through to delivery.
You’ll handle enquiries, process orders, support with returns and complaints, keep records up to date, and liaise with internal teams to secure positive resolutions in a busy, organised environment.
