Location: Greater London
Busuu, a leading EdTech company, is seeking a Customer Success Manager for the DACH market. You will manage mid-market and enterprise clients, drive adoption and ROI, and renewals while collaborating with Sales, Product and Marketing.
You will build trusted relationships with German-speaking clients, guide onboarding, monitor KPIs, surface insights, and identify upsell opportunities. The role requires native German, fluent English, and at least 2 years in SaaS Customer Success or Account
