Deckers Brands is hiring a Spanish-speaking Consumer Relations Representative for a 6 months FTC. You will provide seamless customer service in Spanish and English across phone, email, web chat and social media, acting as a brand advocate for HOKA, UGG and Teva.
You will be a proactive problem solver with a customer-centric mindset, collaborating with the resolution team and other stakeholders to ensure orders are fulfilled and feedback is used to improve the experience.
