Deckers Brands is seeking an Italian-speaking Consumer Relations Representative for a 6-month FTC. You will deliver seamless customer service across brands (HOKA, UGG Teva) via phone, email, web chat and social media.
Fluency in Italian and English is essential for this multilingual role. You will act as a country specialist, advise on local trends, collaborate with the Customer Resolution team to ensure order fulfilment, and use consumer feedback to drive improvements.
