Security Service Engineer South East

Position: Security Service Engineer - up to 42,000 - South East
South East London - Lewisham, Sidcup, Bromley area'sRESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
• Maintaining CCTV/ Intruder and Access Control systems
• Delivering high calibre customer service at all times
• Assist with completion of necessary on-site documentation for customer files
• Undertake continuous training to improve professional development
• This list is not exhaustive, you may be asked to complete other related duties as and when required SKILLS SET:
• Competent using technology such as laptops, measuring devices, smart phones etc
• Confident IT skills in the use of Microsoft office software such as Word and Excel as this is required for completion of reports, timesheets, asset registers etc.
• Good Customer service skills as you will be dealing with our high-end clients on a day to day basis
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards
