Location: Greater London
Cosmic Partners is seeking a Customer Success Manager for a fast-growing data, software and analytics client in London. The role focuses on onboarding, activation and ongoing engagement to ensure customers gain sustained value from the platform.
You will work closely with Account Executives and Account Managers, monitoring health and usage, and identifying opportunities for expansion while maintaining strong relationships across analytical, strategic, and commercial teams.
